J. Conrad Bertin Memorial Scholarship at Blackfoot High School
The J. Conrad Bertin Memorial Scholarship was established in 2000 to honor the legacy of Con Bertin, a great Blackfoot educator and our beloved father and grandfather.  The scholarship gives back to the community of Blackfoot, Idaho where our family began and provides incentive for current graduates to excel professionally.
Application Deadline: Second Friday of April

Award: $2,000 per year for 4 years, $8,000 total
Candidates: 12th grade students at Blackfoot High School

Requirements: See below; offical application online has full description
  • Senior at Blackfoot High School who has been accepted to a college/university by April of current year
  • Must not have received a significant scholarship to college or university where this scholarship would be used
  • Must have at least a 3.3 GPA and an ACT score of at least 22
  • Has extensive leadership, extra-curricular, and service involvement
